Browsing the site needs no account. If you make an account in the app, we store your email, a hashed password, and the trips you save so they sync between devices. We do not sell this data. Email hello@aviationaware.com to have your account deleted.

Terms

Aviation Aware is an independent traveler tool. It is not an airline or air traffic control, and it is not for operational use or flight planning. Positions and weather can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always confirm with your airline and the airport.

Data sources

Aircraft positions come from the OpenSky Network and weather from the Aviation Weather Center. The connection clock is a planning buffer, not an airline rule.
